摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和教育改革的深入,职业教育面临新的机遇与挑战。资金管理作为职业教育中心运作的核心环节,其优化与否直接影响到教育质量和效益的提升。文章围绕新时期职业教育中心项目资金管理的现状展开,通过分析当前资金管理存在的问题及其影响因素,探索了加强风险控制等优化路径。研究表明,在政策法规的支持下,构建健全的内部管理制度和信息化平台,以及提升财务人员的专业素质是实施优化路径的关键保障措施。With the development of social economy and the deepening of education reform,vocational education is facing new opportu-nities and challenges.As the core link of vocational education center operation,the optimization of fund management directly affects the im-provement of education quality and efficiency.This paper focuses on the current situation of fund management in vocational education center projects in the new era.By analyzing the problems and influencing factors of current fund management,it explores optimization paths such as strengthening risk control.Research has shown that with the support of policies and regulations,building sound internal management sys-tems and information platforms,as well as improving the professional quality of financial personnel,are key safeguard measures for imple-menting optimization paths.
