旅游酒店继续教育教学中瓶颈问题与解决策略探究

摘　　要：本文探讨旅游酒店成人继续教育,在知识经济背景下分析其对国民素质与经济转型的重要性。继续教育作为个人发展与产业升级的驱动力,其战略意义日益凸显,表现为形式多样与参与度上升。深入分析了继续教育现存问题:学习与工作冲突、动力缺失、课程内容陈旧及认证机制缺陷。通过案例分析,以海南“旺工淡学”项目为例,研究提出了五点策略:强化实践导向与工学结合、课程内容与时俱进、采用灵活教学方式激励学生、合理配置资源以增进教育公平,及思政教育与专业教育并重。这些策略旨在攻克现存难题,构建高效灵活的继续教育体系,为旅游酒店行业培育国际化、创新性人才,促进行业可持续发展。This paper discusses the continuing education of adults in tourism and hotels,and analyses its importance to national quality and economic transformation in the context of knowledge economy.As a driving force for personal development and industrial upgrading,the strategic significance of continuing education is becoming more and more prominent,which is manifested in the variety of forms and the increase of participation.The existing problems of continuing education are analysed in depth:the conflict between learning and work,the lack of motivation,the obsolete course content and the defective accreditation mechanism.Through case studies,the study proposes five strategies,taking Hainan's"Wanting to Work,Not Learning"project as an example:strengthening practice orientation and combining work and study,keeping course content up-to-date,adopting flexible teaching methods to motivate students,rationally allocating resources to enhance educational equity,and giving equal importance to ideological and professional education.These strategies aim to overcome the existing problems,build an efficient and flexible continuing education system,cultivate international and innovative talents for the tourism and hotel industry,and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
