摘　　要：从历史唯物主义基本观点来看,“坚持以制度建设为主线”贯穿着社会结构变迁、历史发展规律与人的自由全面发展三个阐释维度,揭示了现实性、历史性和主体性的唯物史观原则。深刻理解以制度建设为主线的历史唯物主义内涵,关系到能否在中国式现代化实践中形成推进制度建设的理论、历史和实践自觉。从既定的社会存在分析,“坚持以制度建设为主线”根植于并反映了生产力与生产关系、经济基础与上层建筑之间辩证运动所引起的社会结构变化。从不断发展的历史来看,制度及其建设是历史性的,“坚持以制度建设为主线”应当遵循制度发展的历史规律。而无论从横向维度出发进行社会结构的分析,还是从动态发展的纵向维度展开历史考察,“坚持以制度建设为主线”的最终价值都指向于“现实的人”,其具有实现人的自由全面发展的解放性质。From the fundamental perspective of historical materialism,the principle of“adhering to institutional construction as the main line”permeates three key interpretive dimensions:social structural change,the laws of historical development,and the free and comprehensive development of individuals.This principle embodies the materialist view of history through its empha⁃sis on realism,historicity,and subjectivity.A profound understanding of the connotation of historical materialism,with institu⁃tional construction as the main line,is crucial for fostering theoretical,historical,and practical awareness in the advancement of institutional development within the practice of Chinese modernization.From the analysis of established social existence,the principle of“adhering to institutional construction as the main line”is rooted in and reflects the changes in social structure that re⁃sult from the dialectical movement between productive forces and production relations,as well as between the economic founda⁃tion and the superstructure.From the perspective of constantly evolving history,institutions and their construction are historical in nature.Therefore,the principle of“adhering to institutional construction as the main line”should align with the historical laws governing the evolution of institutions.Whether analyzing the social structure from a horizontal perspective or examining history from a vertical perspective of dynamic development,the ultimate value of“adhering to institutional construction as the main line”points to“real people”,which has the liberating nature of human freedom and all-round development.
