摘 要:目的探讨分层递进式教学法在住院医师规范化培训腹腔镜技能训练中的应用效果。方法将2022年9月至2024年2月期间进入肝胆外科学习的60名住院医师规范化培训医师(住培医师)随机分配为研究组和对照组,每组各30名,研究组采用分层递进式教学法开展腹腔镜技能培训,对照组采用传统的教学方式开展腹腔镜技能培训。培训结束后考核腹腔镜相关理论和技能水平,比较两组的考核成绩,并对培训满意度进行问卷调查。结果两组理论考核成绩相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.296,P>0.05),但研究组腹腔镜技能水平考核成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.039,P<0.05)。培训满意度研究组也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05)。结论分层递进式教学法有利于住院医师在规范化培训中腹腔镜操作技能的提升,并可提高住院医师对规范化培训的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical and progressive teaching in laparoscopic skill training for resident standardized training physicians.Methods From September 2022 to February 2024,60 resident standardized training physicians in the Hepatobiliary Surgery Department of our hospital were randomly assigned to the study group and the control group,with 30 cases per group.Laparoscopic skill training was performed through a hierarchical and progressive teaching in the study group,but a conventional method in the control group.After the training,the theory and skill level of laparoscopy related skills were assessed and compared between groups.Training satisfaction was investigated by questionnaire surveys.Results There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in theoretical assessment(t=0.296,P>0.05),but the laparoscopy skill assessment was significantly superior in the study group than that of the control group(t=3.039,P<0.05).The training satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical and progressive teaching method can improve the learning effect and laparoscopic skills of resident training physicians,and the training satisfaction.
