摘 要:教师情感劳动是教师在遵循专业规范和职业道德的基础上,对自身情感体验和表达进行抑制、生成和管理,以更有效地进行教育实践的过程。智能时代,教师情感劳动正面临着异化的风险,具体表征为情感劳动实践去人性化、情感劳动产品极限物化、情感劳动主体剥削强化以及情感劳动关系隔阂深化。数智浪潮的迅猛冲击、工具理性的深度渗透、资本逐利的本质驱动以及人际交往的数字裹挟是导致教师情感劳动异化的根源。为有效规避教师情感劳动的异化,需要通过加快社会情感文明建设、加强教师情感素养培训、完善数字情感法律法规以及研发智能情感辅助工具,重塑教师情感劳动伦理生态、促进教师情感劳动自主施策、保障教师情感劳动基本权益以及助推教师情感劳动智慧转型。Teachers'affective labor involves suppressing,generating,and managing their own affective experiences and expressions based on professional norms and ethics in order to conduct educational practices more effectively.In the age of intelligence,teachers'affective labor is facing the risk of alienation,which is specifically manifested in the dehumanization of affective labor practices,the extreme materialization of affective labor products,the intensified exploitation of affective labor subjects,and the deepened estrangement of affective labor relationships.The causes of the alienation of teachers'affective labor include the rapid impact of the digital intelligence,the deep penetration of instrumental rationality,the inherent drive of profit-seeking capital,and the digital entanglement of interpersonal communication.To effectively avoid the alienation of teachers'affective labor,it is necessary to reshape the ethical ecology of teachers'affective labor,promote the autonomy of teachers'affective labor,protect the basic rights and interests of teachers'affective labor,and facilitate the intelligent transformation of teachers'affective labor By accelerating the construction of social-affective civilization,strengthening the training of teachers'affective literacy,perfecting the laws and regulations on digital emotions,and developing intelligent affective support tools.
