摘 要:“互联网+大数据”新业态视域下高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式的构建与实践探索,不仅是适应时代发展和产业需求的需要,也是高职教育改革和质量提升的内在要求。文章阐述“互联网+大数据”在高职旅游管理专业人才培养中的应用价值,探讨“互联网+大数据”新业态视域下高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式构建原则,分析当前高职院校旅游管理专业人才培养存在的问题,并提出关注新型旅游业态、增加新兴课程、运用现代技术、丰富教师新业态经验、深化校企合作等高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式构建策略,以促进旅游产业的可持续发展和高质量发展。The construction and practical exploration of the talent training mode of tourism management major in higher vocational education under the new business model of"Internet plus big data"is not only to meet the needs of the development of the times and industrial needs,but also the internal requirements of the reform and promotion of higher vocational education.This paper expounds the application value of"Internet plus big data"in the training of tourism management professionals in higher vocational colleges,discusses the construction principles of the training model of tourism management professionals in higher vocational colleges under the new business model of"Internet plus big data",analyzes the problems existing in the training of tourism management professionals in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the construction strategies of the training model of tourism management professionals in higher vocational colleges,such as paying attention to new tourism business models,increasing new courses,applying modern technology,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and improving teachers'experience in new business models,in order to promote the sustainable development and high-quality development of the tourism industry.
