摘  要:运用循证探究等研究方法,探讨循证体育教师教育实践的理念肇始、应用价值及其运行机制。研究提出循证体育教师教育实践是在多样化、科学化“最佳证据”的基础上,多元参与主体为达成预设体育教师教育目标,而对体育教师教育过程进行循环修订的专业化培养活动,注重体育教师教育者、学术研究者和政策制定者寻找和应用“最佳证据”协同培养体育教师的实践知识和循证能力。这摈弃以往以经验为主导的体育教师培养形式和理念,使一线体育教师成长为优秀实践者、研究者成为可能,并有助于提升体育教师教育者及教育对象的素养,促进从经验型实践转向基于证据的循证型实践,科学化推动体育教师教育政策制定与执行,模块化呈现体育教师教育知识生产内容。据此,归纳循证体育教师教育实践运行机制:锚定预设问题,探索待解决的核心问题;寻查多重证据,选择指导实践方案的科学证据;综合评价证据,分析验证新获取证据的有效性;整合专业智慧,融入跨学科知识参与方案执行;依效评估反思,将验证方案转为新证据。Using the research methods of evidence-based inquiry,this paper discusses the beginning of the concept,the application value and the operation mechanism of evidence-based physical education teachers’educational practice.The study holds that based on diversified and scientific“best evidence”,the practice of evidence-based physical education teacher education is a professional training activity in which multiple participants revise the process of physical education teacher education in order to achieve the predetermined target of physical education teacher education,which focuses on physical education teacher educators,academic researchers and policy makers to jointly develop physical education teachers'practical knowledge and evidence-based ability by searching and applying“best evidence”.This abandons the previous form and concept of physical education teacher training dominated by experience,and makes it possible for front-line physical education teachers to grow into excellent practitioners and researchers.This will help to improve the quality of physical education teacher educators and education objects,promoting the shift from experience-based practice to evidence-based practice,scientifically promoting the formulation and implementation of physical education teacher education policies,and modularizing the content of physical education teacher education knowledge production.Based on this,the paper concludes the operation mechanism of evidence-based physical education teacher education practice:anchoring the presupposition problem,exploring the core problem;searching for multiple evidence,selecting the scientific evidence to guide the practice plan;comprehensively evaluating the evidence,analyzing and verifying the validity of the newly acquired evidence;integrating professional wisdom and interdisciplinary knowledge to participate in program operation;and reflecting on the effectiveness assessment and turning the verification scheme into new evidence.
