摘  要:应用型本科高校改革和建设的核心是课程教学改革,而新一轮的教学改革将是多层次、全方位的改革,其中课程教学改革与实践是提高高校教学质量的关键,也是教学改革的重点和难点。团体心理辅导课程紧紧围绕应用型人才培养要求和课程目标,遵循抓基础、重应用、强实践、能操作的宗旨,教学设计加强了模块化内容和项目任务的融合,构建了模块化项目教学,对团体心理辅导课程的理论教学、实践教学、教学方法、考核方式等方面进行深入具体的教学改革与实践,对培养团体领导者取得显著实效,提高了课程教学质量。The core of reform and construction of local application-oriented universities lies in teaching reform,and the new round of teaching reform will be a multi-level and comprehensive reform.Among these,curriculum reform and practice are the key to improving the teaching quality of universities,as well as the focus and difficulty of teaching reform.Group psychological counseling courses closely focus on the requirements for cultivating application-oriented talents and the curriculum objectives,following the principles of emphasizing foundation,emphasizing application,strengthening practice,and ensuring operability.The teaching design strengthens the integration of modular content and project tasks,constructs modularized project-based teaching,and carries out in-depth and specific teaching reform and practice in terms of theoretical teaching,practical teaching,teaching methods,and assessment methods for the course of group counseling.It has achieved remarkable results in cultivating group leaders and improved the quality of teaching in the course.
