摘　　要：高职学生学习能力提升是高职教育关注的重要议题,近年来开展的“岗课赛证”融通致力于提高教学效果。在情境学习理论指导下,从边缘参与和知识有效迁移两方面探索“岗课赛证”融通提升学习能力的路径,实证研究了“岗课赛证”融通对学习能力的影响。利用问卷调查、访谈和案例研究方法,围绕学习能力低下的原因、“岗课赛证”融通与学习能力的关系等展开研究。研究表明:高职学生学习能力低的主要原因为学习情境缺乏、参与机会缺乏、学习迁移困难等;岗位认知、岗位实习、项目化课程设计、技能大赛、证书考取等能够为学生提供充分的学习情境、增加参与机会、促进学习迁移的发生,进而提高学习能力。研究结果为高职院校完善人才培养方案、优化“岗课赛证”融通模式和提升学生学习能力提供启示。Improvement of learning ability of higher vocational students is an important issue of concern in higher vocational education,and the“post-course-contest and certificate”integration has been carried out in recent years to improve the teaching effect.Under the guidance of contextual learning theory,we explored the path of improving learning ability through the integration of“post-course-contest and certification”in terms of edge participation and effective knowledge transfer,and empirically investigated the impact of“post-course-contest and certificate”integration on learning ability.Using questionnaire surveys,interviews,and case studies,this study focuses on the reasons for low learning ability and the relationship between the integration of“post-course-contest-certificate”and learning ability,etc.The study shows that:higher vocational students'learning ability has been improved by the integration of“post-course-contest-certificate”.The study shows that the main reasons for the low learning ability of higher vocational students are the lack of learning context,the lack of participation opportunities,and the difficulty of learning transfer.Job awareness,job internships,project-based curriculum design,skills competitions,and certification can provide students with sufficient learning context,increase participation opportunities,and promote the occurrence of learning transfer,thus improve their learning ability.The results of the study provide insights for higher vocational colleges to improve their talent cultivation programs,optimize the integration mode of“post-course-contest and certificate”,and enhance students'learning ability.
