美德伦理学在工程伦理教育中的重要作用及其实践

摘　　要：随着现代工程的发展,工程伦理问题越来越受到人们的重视。在传统的工程伦理教育体系中,现代规范伦理学占据了重要地位,而美德伦理学相比之下则较少受到关注。实际上,美德伦理学在契合中国伦理观念特质、构建工程师伦理完整性以及适应多样不确定性等方面具有独特优势。通过更新课堂内容、创新教学方法和完善评价体系,我们可以充分利用美德伦理学在工程伦理教育中的优势,进而助力我国工程伦理教育的全面发展。With the development of modern engineering,the issue of engineering ethics has received increasing attention.In the classical engineering ethics education system,the paradigm of modern normative ethics occupies an important position,while the role of virtue ethics has received relatively less attention.In fact,virtue ethics has unique advantages in fitting the qualities of Chinese moral ideals,constructing the ethical integrity of engineers,and adapting to diverse uncertainties.By innovating class contents,updating teaching methods and improving the evaluation system,the advantages of virtue ethics in engineering ethics education can be fully utilized,thus contributing to the comprehensive development of engineering ethics education in China.
