摘　　要：巴黎是全球教育政策中心、全球教育交流中心、全球会议及重大赛事活动中心和全球商业中心,在国际大都市中具有强大的软实力。然而,巴黎在教育发展过程中面临着一系列挑战,包括高生活成本和教师职业吸引力不足等问题。为了应对这些挑战,巴黎开展了一系列面向2030年的教育行动计划,重点提高教育均衡水平、推动数字教育发展和培养绿色技能,以促进教育公平和可持续发展。As a global centre for education policy,a global centre for educational exchanges,a global centre for conferences and major events and a global business centre,Paris has a notably strong soft power among cosmopolitan cities.However,Paris faces a number of challenges in the development of education,including a high cost of living and an unattractive teaching profession.To address these challenges,Paris has launched a series of education action plans for 2030,focusing on strengthening educational balance,promoting digital education and developing green skills to promote educational equity and sustainable development.
