摘  要:鬼臼毒素是一类药用历史悠久的天然产物来源药物,随着用药迭代多种鬼臼毒素衍生物被发掘,鬼臼毒素及其衍生物已是临床上广泛使用的药物,尤其是在抗肿瘤治疗上占有重要地位。但随着肿瘤细胞在临床化疗过程中逐渐对鬼臼毒素及其衍生物产生耐药性。该文就鬼臼毒素及其衍生物的耐药机制进行综述,为预测和规避耐药性、提高鬼臼毒素及其衍生物的临床效果提供参考。Podophyllotoxin is a natural product-derived drug with a long history of medicinal use,has led to the discovery of various derivatives in drug development.Despite their widespread clinical application,particularly in anti-tumor therapy,as tumor cells gradually develop resistance to podophyllotoxin and its derivatives during chemotherapy.Therefore,as tumor cells gradually develop resistance to podophyllotoxin and its derivatives during clinical chemotherapy,this review discuss the mechanisms of resistance to podophyllotoxin and its derivatives,providing references for predicting and avoiding resistance,and improving the clinical efficacy of podophyllotoxin and its derivatives.
