摘  要:针对飞机螺旋桨长时间高速旋转而引起的导电滑环表面温度过高和磨损等问题,开展了飞机螺旋桨无线变距控制系统研制,该系统通过无线传输信号来避免使用导电滑环。本研究以无线电动变距螺旋桨控制系统的无线供电和电动舵机为研究对象,选用STM32作为控制器,并通过LoRa无线信号传输发射控制信号,再由接收端LoRa无线信号传输接收到的信号驱动舵机进行角度调整。通过多次实验角度控制调试以及对不同条件需求下进行多次旋转测试,实验结果表明:研制的无线电动变距螺旋桨控制系统能够满足变距要求。In order to solve the problems of high surface temperature and wear of conductive slip ring caused by long-time high speed rotation of aircraft propeller,a wireless variable pitch control system for aircraft propeller is developed.the system avoids the use of conductive slip ring by transmitting signals wirelessly.This study takes the wireless power supply and the electric steering gear of the wireless electric variable pitch propeller control system as the research object,chooses STM32 as the controller,transmits the control signal through the LoRa wireless signal,and then drives the steering gear to adjust the angle by the signal received by the LoRa wireless signal transmission at the receiving end.Through a number of experimental angle control debugging and rotation tests under different conditions,the experimental results show that the developed wireless electric variable pitch propeller control system can meet the variable pitch requirements.
