摘 要:在教师专业发展的进程中,教研共同体的支持必不可少。然而,对于国际中文志愿者而言,教研共同体的建设面临诸多困境。研究采用莱夫和温格的实践共同体理论剖析了国际中文志愿者教研共同体建设的实践困境。在“相互卷入”层面,国际中文志愿者合作对象的有限性限制了教研参与的深度;在“合作事业”层面,国际中文志愿者所面对的教学问题的特殊性遮蔽了教研共识的价值;在“共享智库”层面,国际中文志愿者工作定位的短期性阻碍了教研文化的形成。为了推动国际中文志愿者教研共同体的建设,应当发挥规划引领作用,推动国际中文志愿者将教研共同体融入教师职业生涯;强化平台支持,打造教研共同体的发展架构;推动数字赋能,为教研活动提供技术保障。In the process of teacher professional development,the support of the teaching and research community is essential.However,for volunteer Chinese-language teachers,the construction of the teaching and research community faces many practical dilemmas.This paper adopts Lave and Wenger s theory of communities of practice to analyze the practical dilemmas in the construction of the volunteer Chinese-language teachers teaching and research community.At the level of“mutual engagement”,the limited cooperation partners of volunteer Chinese-language teachers restrict the depth of teaching and research participation.At the level of“a joint enterprise”,the particularity of teaching problems faced by volunteer Chinese-language teachers has obscured the value of teaching and research consensus.At the level of“a shared repertoire”,the short-term work orientation of volunteer Chinese-language teachers hinders the formation of a good teaching and research culture.In order to promote the construction of the volunteer Chinese-language teachers teaching and research community,it is necessary to bring the leading role of professional development planning into full play to encourage volunteer Chinese-language teachers to integrate the participation of the teaching and research community into their career,to improve the professional development platform to build the development framework of the teaching and research community,and to promote the digital empowerment to provide the technical support for teaching and research activities.
