摘 要:为了提升高职教育质量、促进学生发展,文章分析了“岗课赛证”综合育人模式在高职服装专业教学中的实际应用,研究该模式如何通过将多方面素养的结合,增强学生的专业技能和个人素养。“岗课赛证”模式能打造出一个立体且系统的人才培养框架,为高职服装教育与市场需求的有效衔接奠定基础,且随着该模式的进一步推行,已成为对传统教育模式的变革,提升教育质量,并促进学生能力的提升。In order to enhance the quality of vocational education and foster student development,this paper analyzes the practical application of the"Post-Course-Competition-Certification"(PCCC)comprehensive education model in the teaching of fashion design in higher vocational institutions.The study explores how this model,by integrating multiple facets of competence,enhances both students'professional skills and personal development.The PCCC model creates a multidimensional and systematic framework for talent cultivation,laying a solid foundation for the effective alignment between higher vocational fashion education and market demands.As this model continues to be implemented,it has evolved into a transformative force for traditional educational approaches,improving education quality and fostering the enhancement of student capabilities.
