浅覆土软弱地层盾构近距离上跨地铁运营隧道施工控制技术研究

摘  要:福州滨海快线东门站~闽都站盾构区间隧道始发阶段近距离上跨既有地铁2号线隧道,交叉区域覆土浅,地层主要为淤泥、淤泥夹砂等软弱地层。为确保上跨施工时既有地铁2号线隧道运营安全,上跨前采取了区间土体加固、隧道拉结等预加固措施,盾构推进过程根据运营隧道自动化监测数据,严格加强渣土改良、出土量控制、盾体径向注浆、同步注浆及二次注浆等施工措施,确保盾构上跨施工安全可靠。根据施工监测结果,盾构上跨施工引起的既有运营隧道最大位移为4.7 mm,满足地铁保护的安全要求。During the initial stage of the shield tunneling section between Dongmen Station and Mindu Station of the Fuzhou Binhai Express Line,the tunnel crosses the Metro Line 2 tunnel at a close distance.The crossing area was covered with shallow soil,and the strata were mainly soft and weak,such as silt and silt mixed with sand.In order to ensure the safe operation of the Metro Line 2 tunnel during the con-struction of the overpass,in advanced reinforcement measures such as section soil reinforcement and tunnel tying were taken before the o-verpass.During the shield tunneling process,strict measures such as soil improvement,soil output control,radial grouting of the shield body,synchronous grouting,and secondary grouting were strengthened based on the automated monitoring data of the operating tunnel,en-suring the safety and reliability of the shield tunneling overpass construction.According to the construction monitoring results,the maxi-mum displacement of the existing operating tunnel caused by the shield tunneling overpass construction is 4.7 mm,which meets the safety requirements for subway protection.
