摘 要:目的分析探讨PDCA循环应用在医院职能部门管理人员绩效考核管理中的价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月本院职能部门管理人员103名为研究对象,其中2022年1—12月为PDCA循环绩效考核开展前,2023年1—12月为PDCA循环绩效考核开展后。对医院职能部门管理人员针对绩效考核管理模式的满意度进行了评估。结果开展PDCA循环绩效考核管理后医院职能部门管理人员对管理模式的满意度明显高于展开前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环绩效考核管理模式的应用可明显提升医院职能部门管理人员对绩效考核管理工作的满意度,值得进一步推广。Objective To analyze and explore value of PDCA cycle in performance assessment of management staff in functional departments of hospitals.Methods With research period from January 2022 to December 2023,the paper chose 103 management staff in functional departments of our hospital for PDCA cycle performance assessment.Period before management was from January to December,2022,period after it was from March to December,2023.Satisfaction degree of management staff in hospital functional departments with performance assessment management mode before and after PDCA cycle performance assessment management.Results After the PDCA cycle performance assessment management,satisfaction degree rate of management staff in functional departments with the management mode was 91.26%,significantly higher than before(77.67%),data difference before and after the management was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle performance assessment management model can significantly improve satisfaction degree of management staff of hospital functional departments with performance assessment management,which is worthy of further promotion.
