摘　　要：全国教育大会强调“大力培养大国工匠、能工巧匠、高技能人才”,对塑造我国未来职业教育发展方向和人才培养模式具有重要的指导意义。培养能工巧匠和高技能人才应明确一些相关基本概念,如职业社会化、工作、“专长”与职业性技术等。能工巧匠的成长遵循技术技能人才成长规律,需要夯实校企合作基础,加强基于工作的学习,提高职业学习过程设计的科学性和有效性。The National Education Conference stressed tha“t vigorously cultivate craftsmen of the na⁃tion,skilled artisans and highly-skilled talents”,which has important guiding significance for shaping the future development direction of vocational education and talents cultivation mode in China.The cultivation of skilled craftsmen and high-skilled talents should clarify some basic concepts,such as occupational so⁃cialization,job,“specialism”and occupational technology.The growth of skilled craftsmen follows the growth law of technical and skilled talents.It is necessary to consolidate the foundation of school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen work-based learning,and improve the scientificity and effectiveness of the design of vocational learning process.
