摘  要:面对临床医生研究型、复合型和应用型的需求趋势,临床毕业生必需具备良好的获取知识的能力、实践能力及必要的科研能力。岗位需求的变化使临床医学教育教学改革成为必然。本文以成果导向(outcomes-based education,OBE)教育理念和能力本位观下的医学形态学教学改革为例,分析OBE教育理念和能力本位观教育模式的优缺点,并提出OBE教育理念和能力本位观教育模式下的课程建设思路,以期为临床医学生的教育教学改革提供参考和借鉴。In response to the increasing demand for clinical doctors with research-oriented,multidisciplinary,and applied skills,clinical graduates must possess strong abilities in knowledge acquisition,practical skills,and essential research capabilities.The changing job requirements make educational reforms in clinical medicine inevitable.This article takes the reform of medical morphology teaching under the outcomes-based education(OBE)concept and competency-based view as an example,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the OBE concept and competency-based educational model.It also proposes ideas for curriculum development under these educational frameworks,aiming to provide reference and guidance for the education and teaching reforms of clinical medical students.
