摘 要:目的:探讨基于脑神经可塑性的上肢康复机器人在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月徐州市康复医院老年康复科收治的64例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(n=32)与康复组(n=32)。常规组给予常规康复训练治疗,康复组在常规组基础上给予上肢康复机器人治疗。比较两组神经功能、上肢运动功能、上肢运动参数、生活质量。结果:治疗4周后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于治疗前,且康复组低于常规组(P<0.05);两组上肢运动功能评分均高于治疗前,且康复组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组主动用力时间占比均高于治疗前,且康复组高于常规组(P<0.05);两组运动轨迹平均偏差率均低于治疗前,且康复组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、活力、总体健康评分均高于治疗前,且康复组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:基于脑神经可塑性的上肢康复机器人在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者的神经功能和上肢运动功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of upper limb rehabilitation robots based on brain neural plasticity in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,64 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the Elderly Rehabilitation Department of Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a rehabilitation group(n=32)and a conventional group(n=32)using a random number table method.The conventional group received conventional rehabilitation training treatment,while the rehabilitation group received upper limb rehabilitation robot treatment on the basis of conventional group.Neurological function,upper limb motor function,upper limb motor parameters,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the National Institute of Health stroke scale scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the rehabilitation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The upper limb motor function scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the proportion of active exertion time in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the proportion in the rehabilitation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The mean deviation rate of exercise trajectory in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and this index in the rehabilitation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological functioning,social function,physical pain,mental health,emotional function,vitality and overall health in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The upper limb rehabilitation robot
