高职航海类专业学生核心素质的基本特质、发展困境与培养进路

摘　　要：高职航海类专业人才培养是输送高质量海员的重要途径,其人才培养具有一定的特殊性,要强化培养学生的核心素质,核心素质的内容主要包括坚定的政治信仰、扎实的专业技能、良好的身心素质、严格的纪律意识和开放的国际视野等。而在当前的高职航海类专业学生核心素质的养成过程中,还存在顶层设计不足、精准对位不够、实施方式偏颇、实践推进单一等问题,需要各相关主体综合施策、协同作为,进一步强化顶层设计、理顺体制机制、重构课程体系、建立混编队伍、构筑实践体系,从而培养出适应航运产业发展要求的高素质技术技能人才。Higher vocational nautical majors talents cultivation is an important way to produce high-quality seafarers,and its talents cultivation is of a certain specificity.It needs to strengthen the cultivation of students’core qualities,the content of which mainly include firm political beliefs,solid professional skills,good physical and mental attributes,strict sense of discipline and open international vision.In the current process of developing the core qualities of higher vocational nautical students,there still exist problems such as insufficient top-level design,insufficient precise orientation,biased implementation,and single-practice promotion.All relevant departments must take comprehensive measures and act in concert to further strengthen the top-level design,rationalize the institutional mechanism,build the curriculum system,form a mixed team,and construct the practice system,to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who can meet the requirements of the development of the shipping industry.
