摘 要:目的探讨共情能力在护士职业认同与护士反思能力间的中介效应。方法选取2023年6月至7月于河北省中医院565名临床护士为研究对象。采用一般资料调查问卷、临床护士反思能力量表、杰弗逊共情能力量表、护士职业认同感量表进行问卷调查。结果不同年龄、从事护理工作年限、科室是否定期进行护理查房或病例讨论、是否了解反思能力、对护理工作的态度的临床护士反思能力得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。共情能力总分为85.00(79.00,95.00)分,护士职业认同总分为84.00(70.00,97.00)分,护士反思能力总分为76.00(57.00,95.00)分,护士反思能力与共情能力呈正相关(r=0.176,P<0.05),护士反思能力与护士职业认同呈正相关(r=0.122,P<0.05),且共情能力在两者之间起到部分中介作用,中介效应为12.75%(P<0.01)。结论临床护士共情能力在职业认同与反思能力间起到中介作用,护理管理者可通过提高护士的共情能力和职业认同感,以进一步提升临床护士的反思能力。Objective To explore the mediating effect of empathy ability between nurses’professional identity and refiective ability.Methods A total of 565 clinical nurses from Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as study participants from June to July 2023.A general information questionnaire,clinical nurse reflection ability scale,the Jefferson scale of empathy,and nurse professional identity rating scale were used for data collection.Results There were significant differences in nurses’refiective ability with ages,years of nursing work,whether the department had regulary nursing rounds or case discussions,whether they understood reflective ability and the attitude towards nursing work(P<0.05).The mean score of empathy ability was 85.00(79.00,95.00),the mean score of nurse professional identity was 84.00(70.00,97.00),and the mean score of nurse reflection ability scale was 76.00(57.00,95.00).There was positive correlation between nurse reflection ability and empathy ability(r=0.176,P<0.05).There was positive correlation between nurse reflection ability and nurse professional identity(r=0.122,P<0.05).Empathy had a partial mediating effect between the two,and the mediating effect was 12.75%(P<0.01).Conclusion Empathy among clinical nurses mediates the relationship between professional identity and reflective ability.Nursing managers can further improve their empathy and professional identity.
