以临床医学八年制为例探索高层次、创新型、复合型医学人才的培养模式

摘  要:在中国医疗卫生事业高速发展的背景下,培养高层次、创新型、复合型医学人才已成为医学教育的重中之重。临床医学八年制设立之初就是以培养高素质医学人才为定位的,但目前该学制所培养人才距离高层次、创新型、复合型医学人才仍有一定差距。文章介绍了我国八年制主要培养模式,并提出八年制实际培养过程中存在缺乏多学科背景、临床和科研培养难以兼顾、长期职业发展潜力不足、缺乏以学生为中心的主动学习和创新培养模式相对滞后等问题。针对上述问题,建议可通过增加多学科交叉培养、完善导师制度、加强思想政治和医学人文教育、优化课程体系、拓宽国际视野等多途径提升八年制学生的综合素质、创新能力和国际竞争力,进而培养符合中国国情的高层次、创新型、复合型医学人才。In the context of the rapid development of medical and health services in China,the cultivation of high-level,innovative and compound medical talents has already become the top priority of medical education.The eight-year clinical medical education program is aimed at cultivating high-quality medical talents from its establishment,but currently there still exists a gap between the students cultivated under this program and high-level,innovative and compound medical talents.This paper introduces the main cultivation mode of the eight-year clinical medical program in China,and analyzes the problems existing in the current cultivation mode,such as the lack of multidisciplinary background,the difficulty of balancing clinical and research training,the limited long-term career development,the lack of student-centered active learning,and the relatively lagging innovative cultivation mode.In view of the above problems,it is suggested that the comprehensive quality,innovation ability,and international competitiveness of students in the eight-year clinical medical program can be improved by increasing interdisciplinary training,improving the mentor system,strengthening ideological and political education and medical humanities education,optimizing the curriculum system,and broadening international perspective,so as to cultivate high-level,innovative and compound medical talents in line with China’s national conditions.
