基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式在医学中心实验室带教中的应用

摘  要:目的探究中心实验室研究生带教中实施基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念的BOPPPS教学模式的应用价值。方法选取2019年6月―2023年5月于太仓市第一人民医院中心实验室学习的28名研究生作为研究对象,于2019年6月―2021年5月实施常规教学模式(实施前),于2021年6月―2023年5月实施基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式(实施后)。观察不同时段不同教学模式的教学效果。结果研究生实施后的教学热情与组织清晰性评分为(4.13±0.62)分、教学模式满意度评分为(4.24±0.54)分、课程创新性评分为(4.24±0.44)分、教学难点突出评分为(4.17±0.61)分、教学管理评分为(4.15±0.54)分,均高于实施前的评分[(4.13±0.62)分,(4.24±0.54)分,(4.24±0.44)分,(4.17±0.61)分,(4.15±0.54)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究生实施后的学习目标明确评分、知识理解及记忆能力提高评分、促进学习主动性及积极性提高评分、临床思维能力提高评分、分析解决问题能力提升评分、团队合作能力增强评分均高于实施前的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中心实验室研究生带教中应用基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式的效果显著,可提高课程的教学效果和研究生的学习效果。Objective To explore the application value of the BOPPPS teaching model based on outcome-based education(OBE)concept taught by graduate students in the inquiry Center Laboratory.Methods A total of 28 graduate students who studied in the central laboratory of the First People’s Hospital of Taicang from June 2019 to May 2023 were selected,and the conventional teaching mode was given to the central laboratory graduate students from June 2019 to May 2021(before implementation),the BOPPPS teaching model based on OBE concept was given to the central laboratory graduate students(after implementation)from June 2021 to May 2023,the teaching effect of different teaching modes in different time periods were compared.Results After the implementation,the scores of teaching enthusiasm and organizational clarity was(4.13±0.62)points,the scores of satisfaction with teaching mode was(4.24±0.54)points,the scores of curriculum innovation was(4.24±0.44)points,the scores of outstanding teaching difficulties was(4.17±0.61)points,the scores of teaching management was(4.15±0.54)points,were higher those scores before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to before implementation,After implementation,the scores of clear learning goals,improved knowledge understanding and memory ability,promoted learning initiative and enthusiasm,clinical thinking ability improvement,analysis and problem-solving ability improvement and teamwork ability improvement were higher those scores before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the BOPPPS teaching model based on OBE concept is obvious,which can improve the teaching effect and the learning effect of graduate students.
