摘  要:文章以电磁导航支气管镜(electromagneticnavigation bronchoscopy,ENB)为例,探讨导航支气管镜模拟仪(以下简称“模拟仪”)联合BOPPPS[导言(bridge-in),目标(objective),前测(pre-assessment),参与式学习(participatory learning),后测(post-assessment),总结(summary)]教学模式在胸外科临床教学中的应用。选取中山大学肿瘤防治中心胸科住院医师为研究对象,利用模拟仪建立虚拟肺结节病灶,为住院医师搭建操作平台,同时联合BOPPPS教学模式将课程设计为课前-课堂-课后三个模块,其中课堂模块中的参与式学习部分是整个课程设计的中心环节,包括观看小视频、带教模拟示范、住院医师模拟训练、课堂讨论等多种形式。模拟仪联合BOPPPS教学模式不仅解决了ENB设备占地空间大、损耗成本高、存在实际操作风险等临床教学难题,同时也将传统的“以教师为中心”的教学模式转换成为“以学员为中心”,最大限度地激发住院医师的主观能动性,促进其快速掌握ENB技术的基本原理、操作流程及临床应用,缩短学习曲线,促进同质化诊疗。将模拟仪联合BOPPPS教学模式灵活应用于胸外科的临床教学,可以提高住院医师学习电磁导航支气管镜的效率,进而对促进肺微小结节的诊治具有重要的临床意义。The paper discusses the practical application of a navigation bronchoscope simulator integrated with the BOPPPS teaching model(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary)in clinical instruction for resident doctors learning electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy(ENB).The navigation bronchoscope simulator is utilized to establish virtual lung nodules,providing an operating platform for resident doctors in thoracic surgery department of Sun Yat-Sen University Cancer Center.Additionally,the course was structured into three modules;pre-class,classroom-class,and after-class following the BOPPPS teaching model.Notably,as the central part of BOPPPS teaching model,the participation component includes diverse modalities such as video viewing,simulated teaching demonstrations,student training exercises,class discussions,and so on.The integrated model not only addresses the difficulties of clinical teaching,such as limited space availability,high financial costs,and operational risks,but also promotes a shift from the traditional“teacher-centered”approach to“student-centered”.It optimizes doctors’subjective initiative,facilitating their rapid comprehension of the fundamental principles,operational procedures and clinical applications of ENB.Moreover,it accelerates the learning curve reduction and enhances“diagnostic and treatment standardization”.The application of the integrated model is highly significant for improving the efficiency of residents in learning ENB,and enhancing the diagnosis and treatment of small pulmonary nodules.
