摘  要:目的探究情景模拟教学法结合模块化实训在手术室器械教学培训中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院接受手术室器械培训的56名护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各28名。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组实施情景模拟教学法结合模块化实训方法,比较2组护士对手术器械认知理论和操作考核成绩,调查护士对教学方法的认可度以及手术室医师对护士术中配合的满意度。结果观察组手术器械理论知识成绩[(89.64±4.67)分]和器械操作考核成绩[(89.11±5.08)分]均高于对照组[(84.39±6.07)分、(81.32±4.81)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士对教学方法能够提高判断能力、操作能力、沟通能力方面的认可度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术室医师对观察组护士术中根据手术变化可迅速准确传递器械(86.67%)、术中能够积极主动配合(100%)、对术中突发事件有预见性并可正确处理(93.33%)的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室器械教学培训中实施情景模拟教学法结合模块化实训法能够更好提高护士对手术器械的认知度,使其在术中能够更好配合医师工作,更好提高手术室护士的自身业务能力及综合素养。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method combined with modular practical training in operating room instrument teaching and training.Methods A total of 56 nurses who received operating room instrument training in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 28 nurses in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the observation group implemented scenario simulation teaching method combined with modular training.The cognitive theory and operation assessment results of the two groups of nurses were compared,and the satisfaction of the nurses to the teaching methods and the operating room doctors to the nurses’cooperation in the operation was investigated.Results The cognitive theoretical knowledge of surgical instruments[(89.64±4.67)points]and the test scores of instrument operation[(89.11±5.08)points]in the observation group were higher than those of the the control group[(84.39±6.07)points,(81.32±4.81)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction that the teaching method could improve the ability of judgment,operation and communication in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of operating room physicians with ability to quickly and accurately transfer instruments according to surgical changes(86.67%),proactive cooperation during surgery(100%),foresight and correct handling(93.33%)of unexpected events in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing scenario simulation teaching method combined with modular training in the teaching and training of operating room instruments can better enhance nurses’awaren
