摘　　要：文章探讨了在妇产科临床教学中融入思政教育的实践路径与策略。首先,分析了在妇产科中临床教学的特点和培养学生综合素质的重要性。其次,阐述了思政教育在妇产科临床教学中的作用和意义,如提高学生的医学人文意识、加强对学生的医德医风教育、增强学生的临床思维能力和沟通能力。然后,探讨了将思政教育融入妇产科学临床教学的实现途径,包括从学生和学生身边人的患病故事出发、利用科室疑难病例讨论、利用真实案例教学以及利用名人轶事等。最后,通过名人患者实例分析如何进行预防宫颈癌,展示了如何将思政元素融入教学,以培养具有高度职业素养和社会责任感的医学人才,这些受过良好教育的医学人才,将在未来的医疗实践中,不仅能够提供专业的医疗服务,还能够在医疗政策制定、医疗制度改革等方面发挥积极作用,推动医疗事业的持续进步,为医疗事业的健康发展提供有力支撑。This article exploring the practical paths and strategies of integrating ideological and political education into clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Firstly,the characteristics of clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology and the importance of cultivating students’comprehensive quality were analyzed.Secondly,elaborating on the role and significance of ideological and political education in clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology,such as enhancing students’medical humanities awareness and the medical ethics education for students,and strengthening their clinical thinking and communication skills.Then,it discusses the ways to integrate ideological and political education into clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology,including starting from students and their acquaintances’stories of illness,using departmental difficult cases for discussion,employing real case teaching,and utilizing anecdotes of celebrities.Finally,through the example of celebrity patients,this paper analyzes how to prevent cervical cancer,and shows how to integrate ideological and political elements into teaching,so as to cultivate medical talents with high professional quality and social responsibility.These well-educated medical talents will not only provide professional medical services in the future medical practice,but also play an active role in the formulation of medical policies and the reform of medical system,promote the continuous progress of medical undertakings,and provide strong support for the healthy development of medical undertakings.
