摘 要:针对农业机械导航系统的实际需求,设计了一种基于单片机和多个传感器模块的机器视觉导航系统。根据系统对实时性和稳定性的要求,主控模块采用了高性能和低功耗的STC89C52芯片,并通过红外模块、红外遥控模块和超声波避障模块的设计实现了精确的距离测量和障碍物检测功能,通过视觉采集模块和WiFi模块能够实现图像采集和远程通讯。然后利用Keil和Proteus等开发环境设计了视觉导航系统,最后仿真验证了系统的可靠性。设计的研究成果具有一定的实际应用价值,可以为农业机械自动导航技术的研究提供参考。A machine vision navigation system based on microcontroller and multiple sensor modules was designed to meet the practical needs of agricultural machinery navigation system.According to the system′s requirements for real-time performance and stability,the main control module adopted the high-performance and low-power STC89C52 chip,and achieved accurate distance measurement and obstacle detection functions through the design of infrared modules,infrared remote control modules,and ultrasonic obstacle avoidance modules.Image acquisition and remote communication could be achieved through visual acquisition modules and WiFi modules.Then,a visual navigation system was designed using development environments such as Keil and Proteus,and the reliability of the system was finally verified through simulation.The research results of the design have certain practical application value and can provide reference for the research of automatic navigation technology for agricultural machinery.
