摘　　要：河洛文化,作为中华民族的根与魂,其深厚的文化底蕴与中医思想有着天然的契合。在当今社会背景下,通过河洛文化的熏陶,高职院校学生能更好地理解中医的核心价值观,提升人文素养,形成良好的职业伦理,同时也有助于他们对个人职业规划的深入思考,提高创业能力。该文通过深入剖析河洛文化与中医的内在融合及河洛文化在中医药高职院校就创业指导中的具体应用,重点探究河洛文化为中医药高职院校的就创业指导提供崭新的视角和方法,有助于培养具有深厚文化素养和创新精神的中医专业人才,为中医事业的传承和发展注入新的活力。该文研究对丰富中医教育内涵、提升学生综合素质、推动中医药高职院校的教育发展具有重要实践意义。As the root and soul of the Chinese nation,Heluo culture has a natural fit with the philosophical thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine with its profound cultural heritage.In today's social context,through the edification of Heluo culture,students in higher vocational colleges can better understand the core values of traditional Chinese medicine,improve their humanistic qualities,form good professional ethics,and at the same time help them think deeply about personal career planning and improve their entrepreneurial ability.Starting from an in-depth analysis of the internal integration of Heluo culture and traditional Chinese medicine and the specific application of Heluo culture in employment and entrepreneurship guidance in higher vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper focuses on exploring that Heluo culture provides a new perspective and method for employment and entrepreneurship guidance in higher vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine,which is helpful to cultivate traditional Chinese medicine professionals with profound cultural qualities and innovative spirits and inject new vitality into the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.This research has important practical significance for enriching the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine education,improving the comprehensive quality of students,and promoting the educational reform of higher vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine.
