摘  要:中华优秀传统文化蕴含着丰富的“任人唯贤”思想,主要包括“得贤者兴、失贤者亡”的尊贤观,“才兼文武、德才兼备”的选贤观,“人尽其才、才尽其用”的用贤观和“勤于教养、百年树人”的育贤观等。尽管这一思想与马克思主义人才观的文化背景不同,但是两者在选人用人的观点和方法上具有高度契合性。它们在当代中国选人用人的实践中有机结合,在选取人才、人才标准、用好人才、培育人才等方面进行创造性转化和创新性发展。马克思主义人才观与“任人唯贤”思想相互融合,为新时代人才队伍建设提供强大的精神动力和文化支撑。The ideology of“meritocracy”inherent in the Chinese excellent traditional culture has rich connotations,including the concept of respecting the merits of“national fate depending on the merits”,the concept of selecting the merits“excellence both in morality and talent,talent in both military and civil affairs”,the concept of appointing the merits“maximizing the value of merits”,and the concept of nurturing the merits“diligent education and long-term cultivating”,and so on.Despite the different cultural backgrounds of this idea and the Marxist concept of talents,they are highly compatible in their views and methods of candidate selecting and appointment.In the practice of merits selecting and appointment in contemporary China,they are organically combined to make creative transformation and innovative development in the selection of talents,criteria for talents,utilization of talents and cultivation of talents.The integration of the Marxist view of talent and the idea of“meritocracy”provides a strong spiritual impetus and cultural support for the construction of the talent team in the new era.
