摘 要:目的探讨新媒体结合Workshop教学法在住院医师规范化培训临床教学实施中的效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年6月在海军军医大学第二附属医院脊柱外科培训轮转的40名住院医师作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组20名。对照组采用传统教学手段,试验组采用新媒体结合Workshop教学法实施临床教学,在培训结束时分别对两组住院医师进行考核及问卷调查。结果试验组基础知识测试成绩、临床实践测试成绩及外科操作熟练度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组分享次数≥3次、拟从事脊柱微创专科及满意本教学法的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统的教学模式相比,新媒体结合Workshop教学法可以更好地培养学生群体主动学习、共享共治、自我管理能力,提升临床实践教学质量,提高学生外科学习效果,值得进一步探索和推广。Objective To explore the effect of new media combined with Workshop teaching method in the implementation of clinical teaching of standardized training for residents.Methods A total of 40 residents trained in the Department of Spinal Surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group adopted new media combined with Workshop teaching method to implement clinical teaching.At the end of the training,assessment and questionnaire survey were conducted for residents in the two groups respectively.Results The scores of experimental group in basic knowledge test,clinical practice test and surgical proficiency were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of sharing times≥3 times,intending to engage in minimally invasive spine specialty and satisfied with this teaching method in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching mode,new media combined with Workshop teaching method can better cultivate students'ability of active learning,sharing and co-governance and self-management,improve the quality of clinical practice teaching and students'surgical learning effect,which is worth further exploration and promotion.
