新质生产力视域下高职院校绿色技能开发的困境和路径研究——基于系统论的分析

摘  要:新质生产力的发展要求提升劳动者绿色技能。高职院校需积极响应国家政策,迅速回应新质生产力需求,进行大规模绿色技能开发。基于系统论理念,高职院校绿色技能开发本质上是一个多维度、多层次的系统性工程,高职院校绿色技能开发在外部环境子系统、内部环境子系统及内外部环境子系统间的耦合三方面存在困境,需要改善外部环境子系统、提升内部环境子系统和优化内外部环境子系统间的耦合,以促进新质生产力的发展。The development of new quality productive forces requires the improvement of workers'green skills.Higher vocational colleges need to actively respond to national policies and quickly meet the demand for new quality productive forces by conducting large-scale green skills development.Based on system theory,the green skills development in higher vocational colleges is essentially a multi-dimensional and multi-level systematic project.There are difficulties in the green skills development in higher vocational colleges in three aspects:the external environment subsystem,the internal environment subsystem and the coupling between internal and external environment subsystems.It is necessary to improve the external environment subsystem,enhance the internal environment subsystem,and optimize the coupling between internal and external environment subsystems to promote the development of new quality productive forces.
