摘 要:职业教育是面向职业、技术、产业、经济发展的类型教育,职业性、技术性、教育性是其三大本质属性。研究基于职业教育“职业性”的逻辑起点,提出了职业导向的发展理念,阐述了职业导向的职业教育深层内涵;系统地从院校、行业企业、社会、个体等角度剖析职业导向不足的问题表征;为推动职业导向的职业教育发展,提出力推职业导向的职业教育、推动“政企行校”衔接、完善职业导向的现代职教体系、坚定职业导向意识等发展对策。Vocational education is a type of education catering to occupation,technology,industry and economic development with occupational,technical and educational nature as its three essential attributes.Based on the logical starting point of its"occupational"nature,this study proposes the occupation-oriented development concept,elaborates on the deep connotation of occupation-oriented vocational education,and systematically analyzes the problem representations of the lack of occupation orientation from perspectives of colleges,industries,enterprises,society and individuals.In order to promote the development of occupation-oriented vocational education,the study proposes several countermeasures,such as promoting the development of occupation-oriented vocational education,promoting the connection among government,enterprises,industries and schools,improving the occupation-oriented modern vocational education system,and strengthening the occupation-oriented awareness.
