摘  要:教师交流轮岗对优化教育资源配置具有显著作用。在推动交流轮岗政策的制度化、常态化背景下,提高教师参与交流轮岗的积极性是当前亟需解决的问题。以人口迁移的“推拉理论”为分析框架,检视了教师交流轮岗过程中所面临的四重困境:即流入地推力凸显、流入地拉力弱化、中间障碍因素多样、教师个人因素繁杂。应采取减缓流入地推力、加强流入地拉力、消除中间障碍的影响、解决影响教师决定的个人因素的行动策略,进一步提升教师交流轮岗积极性。Teacher's exchange job rotation plays a significant role in optimizing the allocation of educational resources.Under the background of promoting the institutionalization and normalization of the exchange job rotation policy,how to improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in the exchange rotation is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the"push and pull theory"of population migration,this study examines the four dilemmas faced by teachers in the process of exchange job rotation:the thrust of the inflow place is prominent;the pull force of the inflow place is weak;the intermediate obstacle factors are various;and the personal factors of teachers are complicated.In order to further enhance teachers'enthusiasm for exchange job rotation,action strategies should be adopted to slow down the thrust of the inflow place,strengthen the pull force of the inflow place,eliminate the influence of intermediate barriers,and solve the personal factors affecting teachers'decisions.
