摘  要:目的探讨护理研究生对社区护理实践思政教学的体验,总结思政教学需求,为优化思政教学方案提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,于2024年3-6月对14名已完成社区护理实践思政学习并进入社区护理实践的在读护理研究生进行半结构式深度访谈,采用Colaizzi七步资料分析法进行分析。结果共提炼出3个主题,9个亚主题。归纳为:职业认同感进一步增强(树立正确自身价值观念、自觉增强职业信念、主动落实人文关怀理念)、促进社区护理实践技能操作(深化理解专业实践知识、积极融入社区护理实践、注重实践中的慎独及团队协作)、对思政教学的认同与建议(思政教学体验较为满意、实施方式可多样化、希望跨学科融合)。结论护理研究生对结合思政元素的社区护理实践教学较为满意,认为能够有效提升其职业认同感及社区护理实践能力。可根据思政需求及建议,基于护理研究生视角优化思政教学方案,为探索思政教学新思路提供理论依据。Objective To explore the experience of nursing postgraduates on ideological and political teaching in community nursing practice,and summarize the need of ideological and political teaching,and to provide reference for optimizing the plan of ideological and political teaching.Methods Using phenomenological method,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted from March to June 2024 in 14 nursing postgraduates who have completed ideological and political studies related to community nursing practice and have begun community nursing practice.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step method.Results Three themes and nine sub-themes were identified including Enhanced sense of professional identity(establishing correct values,enhancing professional beliefs,and implementing humanistic care actively);Promotion of community nursing practice skills(deepening understanding of professional practice knowledge,engaging in community nursing practice actively,and emphasizing prudence and team collaboration in practice);Recognition and suggestions for ideological and political education(satisfaction with ideological and political education experience,diversification of implementation methods,hope for interdisciplinary integration).Conclusion Nursing postgraduates are generally satisfied with the integration of ideological and political elements into community nursing practice teaching,believing that it can effectively enhance their sense of professional identity and community nursing practice skills.Based on the ideological and political needs and suggestions,it is possible to optimize the ideological and political education program from the perspective of nursing postgraduates to provide a theoretical basis for exploring new approaches to ideological and political education.
