摘 要:职业素养的培养在职业教育中既是实现高素质技术技能型人才的有效途径,也是帮助职教学生就业和就好业的一种行之有效的方法。提升职业素养离不开学校、企事业单位和家庭等多方的协同教育,各方之间的有效协同也离不开顺畅的工作衔接,这需要长期的磨合和经验积累。根据文献调研和自身实践显示,能够最有效地串联起协同育人各方的关键环节是专职辅导员和专业课的教师。因此该文拟对专职辅导员和专业课教师协同育人在高职药学专业中的可行性、效果评价方式及存在的问题和应对策略进行讨论,以期为其他专业提供借鉴和参考。The cultivation of professional quality in vocational education is not only an effective way to achieve high-quality technical and skilled talents,but also an effective way to help vocational education students find employment and have a good career.The improvement of professional quality is inseparable from the collaborative education of schools,enterprises and institutions and families,and the effective coordination between the parties is also inseparable from the smooth work connection,which requires long-term running-in and accumulation of experience.According to the literature research and my own practice,it is shown that the key link that can most effectively connect the various aspects of collaborative education is the full-time counselor and professional course teachers.Therefore,this paper intended to discuss the feasibility,effect evaluation methods,existing problems and coping strategies of collaborative education between full-time counselors and professional teachers in higher vocational pharmacy,in order to provide reference for other majors.
