摘　　要：黄炎培职教思想对现代职业教育发展具有重要的指导意义。基于黄炎培职教思想,文章探讨并构建了“信息红客”培养模式,提出了培育新时代信息安全行业“数字工匠”型人才的相关对策建议,不仅为新兴网络安全领域人才培养提供了理论支撑与实践指导,也为职业教育改革提供了参考。Huang Yanpei̓s thought of vocational education has important guiding significance to the development of modern vocational education.Based on Huang Yanpei̓s vocational education thoughts,this paper discusses and constructs the training model of“information Honker”and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating“digital craftsman”talents in the information security industry in the new era,which not only provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the training of talents in the emerging network security field,but also provides reference for vocational education reform.
