摘　　要：基于OBE理念,分析了传统金融学专业教育的局限性,阐述了跨学科金融学教育的建设原则;聚焦于课程体系完善、AI Agent代理教学引入、多元评价体系构建与跨学科金融实验室建设四个关键领域,探讨了金融学专业跨学科教育模式的改革路径。Based on the concept of OBE,the limitations of the education of traditional finance major were analyzed and the construction principles of interdisciplinary finance education were expounded.Four key areas were focused on:the improvement of the curriculum system,the introduction of AI agent teaching,the construction of multiple evaluation systems,and the construction of interdisciplinary financial laboratories.The reform path of the interdisciplinary education model of finance major was discussed.
