摘　　要：为了解我国食品安全形势,对国家市场监督管理总局公布的2021—2023年国家食品安全监督抽检不合格食品信息进行归类汇总,发现2021—2023年国家食品安全监督抽检共公布不合格食品642批次,共涉及762个不合格项目。通过分析可知,我国食品安全总体情况持续稳定较好,但是食品安全问题涉及的食品种类仍然不少,以食用农产品、水果制品、糕点等居多。不合格项目主要有超范围超限量使用食品添加剂、微生物污染、农兽药残留量超标等。In order to understand the food safety situation in China,the information on unqualified food products in the national food safety supervision sampling from 2021 to 2023 announced by the State Administration for Market Regulation was classified and summarized.It was found that a total of 642 batches of unqualified food products were announced in the national food safety supervision sampling from 2021 to 2023,involving 762 unqualified items.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the overall situation of food safety in China remains stable and good,but there are still many types of food involved in food safety issues,mainly edible agricultural products,fruit products,pastries,etc.The main unqualified items include the excessive use of food additives beyond the scope and limit,microbial contamination,and excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs.
