摘 要:阅读教学是英语课堂教学的重要组成部分,而艺体类英语学习者普遍重视英语的词汇和语法的学习,忽视了阅读能力,导致阅读水平偏低。基于语篇的教学代表的是现代语言教学观,与基于孤立的单词、句子、语法层面的传统语言教学观相比,强调对语篇的主题、内容、文体结构、语言特点、作者观点等进行深入解读。语篇理论在大学英语艺体类阅读教学中的应用,不仅有利于学生语篇意识的培养,提升语言综合运用能力,还有利于跨文化交际能力的培养。基于此,研究从教学实践出发,探析语篇分析理论在大学英语艺体类阅读教学中的应用。Reading instruction is a crucial component of English classroom teaching.However,art and physical education students who study English tend to focus on vocabulary and grammar,often neglecting the development of their reading skills,which results in lower reading proficiency.Discourse-based teaching represents a modern approach to language teaching,emphasizing the in-depth analysis of discourse themes,content,genre structures,language features,and the author's viewpoints.The traditional language teaching approach,however,focuses on isolated words,sentences,and grammar.The application of discourse theory in college English reading instruction for art and physical education students not only aids in the development of students'discourse awareness and enhances their overall language proficiency,but also contributes to the cultivation of cross-cultural communication skills.Based on this,this study explores the application of discourse analysis theory in the college English reading teaching of art and physical education students from the perspective of teaching practice.
