摘 要:道路地下排水工程实践中,项目内容不同所用造价预测模型也存在明显差异,而现在排水工程开展造价控制工作多为自适应造价,造价结果和工程决算总额之间均会受到造价模型的直观影响.为进一步保障地下排水工程造价效果和实际情况之间贴近程度,依托时间序列模型提出一种新的道路地下排水工程造价自适应控制算法.该算法的应用能够精确分析和造价相关的各项影响因素,并基于主要影响因素制定特征体系,依托最小二乘支持向量机算法即可进一步优化造价区间并实现高质量的造价自适应控制效果.对北京某道路工程项目进行了自适应造价控制研究,结果显示文章算法相较于常规算法具有良好应用效果,最终工程决算额度大幅下降.In the practice of road underground drainage engineering,there are significant differences in the cost prediction models used for different projects.The result of the construction cost and the total amount of the final accounts of the project are directly influenced by the cost model.Currently,adaptive cost control is widely utilized in drainage engineering.In order to ensure the closeness between the cost effect and the actual situation of underground drainage engineering,this paper proposes a new adaptive cost control algorithm based on the time series model.This algorithm can accurately analyze various cost-related factors and establish a feature system based on the main factors.By using the least square support vector machine algorithm,it can further optimize the cost range and achieve high-quality adaptive cost control effect.This paper also studied on adaptive cost control of a road project in Beijing,and the results showed that the proposed algorithm has better application effect compared to the conventional algorithms,leading to a substantial decrease in the final project cost.
