摘　　要：本研究采用Bakhtin多声性的理论概念,通过多模态话语分析与“借言”探究了“生前契约”宣传片中家属与委托人的多声对话与生死观建构。研究发现,宣传片中有关“生前契约”的多元声音有:①家属对“生前契约”的逃避、忽视或反对声音,通过“否认”与“对立”的语言模态、愤怒或无奈的面部表情的视觉模态及沉重的背景音乐的听觉模态展现;②委托人赞同签署“生前契约”的积极声音,通过语言模态、微笑的面部表情的视觉模态及舒缓的背景音乐的听觉模态呈现。在多元声音的碰撞中,家属对“生前契约”的声音转变为接受与认可。这种转变源于委托人声音所建构出的生死观:死亡是自然、自治且可以提前规划的过程。Based on Bakhtin’s concept of polyphony,this study aimed to examine the dialogue among multiple voices and the construction of attitudes towards life and death in a promotional video for“Pre-Plan Funeral Arrangement”(PPFA)through multimodal discourse analysis and analysis of heterogloss.Findings revealed that the promotional video showed multiple voices regarding the PPFA,includingⅰ)the opposing voices of the family members who expressed disapproval of the PPFA,presented through linguistic modes of“deny”and“counter”resources,visual modes of angry or helpless facial expressions,and audio modes of somber background music;ⅱ)the positive voices of the contract holders in favor of the PPFA,reflected through linguistic modes,visual modes of smiling facial expressions and audio modes of soothing background music.Through the collision between these voices,the family members showed a change of their dominant voice from opposition to acceptance regarding the PPFA.Furthermore,the transformation resulted from the construction of contract holders’attitudes towards life and death:Death is a natural,autonomous and pre-planned process.
