摘 要:高光谱成像技术作为一种新兴的光学检测技术,以其快速、无损等优点被广泛应用于农业的各个领域。利用高光谱成像技术检测农产品中的游离脂肪酸及脂肪酸组成比例,对评估农产品的新鲜度、品质、口感和营养价值等具有重要的意义。本文简述了高光谱成像技术的基本原理和数据处理方法,概述近年来高光谱在农产品脂肪酸检测中的研究进展,指出了农产品脂肪酸高光谱检测目前存在的问题,并展望了今后的发展趋势,以期为农产品脂肪酸检测研究提供参考和解决思路。Hyperspectral imaging technology,as an emerging optical detection technology,is widely used in various fields of agriculture for its advantages of being fast and nondestructive.The detection of fatty acid values and fatty acid composition ratios in agricultural products using hyperspectral imaging technology is of great significance in assessing the quality,freshness,taste and nutritional value of agricultural products.In this paper,the basic principles and data processing methods of hyperspectral imaging technology were briefly described,the research progress of hyperspectral in fatty acid detection of agricultural products in the past years was summarized,and the current problems of hyperspectral detection of fatty acids in agricultural products were pointed out.The future development trend was outlooked,with a view to providing reference and solution ideas for future research on fatty acid detection of agricultural products.
