摘　　要：随着人们对食品安全的重视程度日益提高,各级政府对食品检验机构的资金投入不断增大,食品检验机构实验室内大型仪器设备的种类和数量都有了大幅度提升。为提高仪器设备的使用效率和使用效益,降低使用成本,加强资源整合、共享,建立大型仪器设备共享平台已成为食品检验机构发展的必经之路。本文结合目前食品检验机构仪器设备共享的现状,分析了共享平台建设过程中可能存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了完善管理机制、加大宣传力度、完善仪器设备条件等建议,希望能为食品检验机构大型仪器设备共享平台建设提供积极的参考。As people’s awareness of food safety increases,governments at all levels are investing more in food inspection agencies,leading to a significant growth in both the variety and quantity of large-scale instruments and equipment in food testing laboratories.To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these instruments and reduce usage costs,strengthening resource integration and sharing,and establishing a large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platform has become an essential path for the development of food inspection agencies.This article,in light of the current situation of instrument and equipment sharing in food inspection agencies,analyzes the potential problems that may arise during the construction of such sharing platform,and proposes suggestions such as improving management mechanisms,increasing publicity efforts,and enhancing instrument and equipment conditions.The goal is to provide constructive references for the establishment of large instrument and equipment sharing platform in food inspection agencies.
