Analysis of the Epidemiological Characteristics of Mushroom Poisoning Events in Jiujiang From 2016 to 2023

摘　　要：本文对九江市2016—2023年上报至食源性疾病暴发监测系统中的毒蘑菇中毒事件进行描述性分析。结果发现,九江市2016—2023年共报告毒蘑菇中毒事件68起,中毒257人,死亡6人,占比同期九江市食源性疾病暴发事件总数、发病人数和死亡人数的35.05%、26.85%、100.00%;主要在夏秋季发生,6—7月高发,事件数全年占比67.64%;中毒场所家庭发生占比98.53%;中毒地区分布主要集中在都昌县和庐山市。In this paper,the descriptive analysis was conducted on the incidence data of mushroom poisoning events in Jiujiang reported through foodborne disease outbreak reporting system from 2016 to 2023.The result showed that a total of 68 mushroom poisoning events were reported with 257 poisoning cases and 6 deaths in Jiujiang from 2016 to 2023.It accounted for 35.05%,26.85%and 100.00%of the total number of outbreaks,cases and deaths of foodborne diseases in Jiujiang during the same period.Mainly occurred in summer and autumn,with a high incidence in June and July,accounting for 67.64%in the whole year.98.53%of the cases occurred in families,and most of the cases occurred in Duchang county and Lushan city.
