摘 要:本试验旨在研究ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-PL)对育成期母貂生长性能、养分表观消化率、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响。选取12周龄、体重相近的健康红眼白色母貂96只,随机分为6个组,每组8个重复,每个重复2只。各组饲粮中ε-PL添加水平分别为0(对照组)、100、200、300、400、500 mg/kg。预试期1周,正试期7周。正试期分为前期(1~4周)和后期(5~7周)。结果表明:1)试验前期,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加500 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了平均日采食量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加300~500 mg/kgε-PL显著降低了料重比(P<0.05)。试验后期,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加300~500 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了末重(P<0.05)。试验全期,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加300 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了平均日增重(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加300 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了心脏指数(P<0.05)。3)试验前期,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加200~500 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了干物质、粗脂肪、粗蛋白质表观消化率(P<0.05)。试验后期,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加200 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了钙表观消化率(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加300 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了血清总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),饲粮中添加200 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加200 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了血清免疫球蛋白A含量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加300 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了血清免疫球蛋白M含量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加400 mg/kgε-PL显著提高了血清免疫球蛋白G含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加ε-PL可提高育成期母貂养分表观消化率、心脏指数、抗氧化能力和免疫功能,进而改善其生长性能。本试验条件下,饲粮中添加300 mg/kgε-PL时效果最佳。The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects ofε-polylysine(ε-PL)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,antioxidant capacity and immune function of growing female minks.Ninety-six 12-week-old red-eyed white minks with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 8 replicates per group and 2 minks per replicate.The minks in the 6 groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0(control),100,200,300,400 and 500 mg/kgε-PL,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 7 weeks.The experimental period was divided into the early stage(1 to 4 weeks)and late stage(5 to 7 weeks).The results showed as follows:1)during the early stage,compared with the control group,dietary 500 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the average daily feed intake(P<0.05),and dietary 300 to 500 mg/kgε-PL significantly decreased the feed to gain(P<0.05).During the late stage,compared with the control group,dietary 300 to 500 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the final body weight(P<0.05).During the whole stage,compared with the control group,dietary 300 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the average daily gain(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary 300 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the cardiac index(P<0.05).3)During the early stage,compared with the control group,dietary 200 to 500 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the dry matter,ether extract and crude protein apparent digestibility(P<0.05).During the late stage,compared with the control group,dietary 200 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the calcium apparent digestibility(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary 300 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the serum total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities(P<0.05),and dietary 200 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the serum total antioxidant capacity(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group,dietary 200 mg/kgε-PL significantly increased the serum immunoglobulin A content(P<0.05),dieta
