混合教学背景下赋能型直播教学的实践—反思性行动研究——以S开放大学“市场营销学”为例

摘  要:针对直播教学现场感缺失、教师无法及时了解学生学习情况、学生注意力分散等问题,文章基于四年来S开放大学“市场营销学”直播教学实践探索与实践—反思性行动研究,提出“正能量问候、课前复盘、热身案例、系统教学、温暖收尾”的“五个一”赋能型直播教学策略。来自分校教师、学生、班主任、匿名听课专家等多方面的反馈表明,该策略能够激发学生学习兴趣、赋能学生心智成长,还能推动教师共同体发展,具有一定的适用性、有效性和推广性。该研究对于当前高校推动混合式教学发展和提升学生终身自主学习能力有一定参考价值。In response to the lack of on-site experience,teachers'inability to timely understand students'learning situations,students'distraction,etc.in live teaching,this paper proposes a Five-ones empowered live teaching strategy based on the exploration and research of live teaching practice in S Open University over the past four years.The name of the live teaching course is Marketing.The Five-Ones empowered live teaching strategy includes"positive energy greetings,pre-class reviews,warm-up cases,systematic teaching,and warm endings".Feedback from tutors,students,head teachers,anonymous experts,and other sources indicates that this strategy can stimulate students'interest in learning,empower their mindset growth,and promote the development of teaching community.It has certain applicability,effectiveness,and promotability.This study has certain reference value for promoting the development of blended learning and enhancing students'self-directed lifelong learning ability in colleges and universities.
