摘　　要：高职院校是培育德技并修应用型人才的摇篮。学生社团作为实现青年学生自我教育、管理、服务不可或缺的组成部分,在高职院校文化育人建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用。“时代新人”背景下,学生社团蕴含着更加丰富的文化价值。但同时,高职院校在社团文化的接续性、保障性等方面举措不够扎实。因此,深入分析社团建设的内在逻辑,在理念、模式、内容、形式上顺应新时代要求,最大程度发挥学生社团文化载体功能。积极探索新时代学生社团育人的发展理路,无论对促进社团规范运行、学生全面发展,还是与时俱进推动高职院校文化体系建设,都具有重要的现实意义。Vocational colleges are the cradle for cultivating applied talents who combine morality and technology.Student clubs,as an indispensable component of achieving self-education,management,and service for young students,play a crucial role in the cultural and educational construction of vocational colleges.Under the background of"new generation of the times",student clubs contain richer cultural values.However,at the same time,vocational colleges lack solid measures in terms of the continuity and guarantee of club culture.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the internal logic of club construction,adapt to the requirements of the new era in terms of concept,mode,content,and form,and maximize the cultural carrier function of student clubs.Actively exploring the development path of student organizations in educating students in the new era is of great practical significance,whether it is promoting the standardized operation of organizations,the comprehensive development of students,or advancing the construction of cultural systems in vocational colleges with the times.
