摘　　要：随着健康养殖的不断发展,越来越多的天然植物及其提取物用作新型饲料添加剂。艾蒿是一种菊科蒿属多年生草本植物,其富含蛋白质、脂肪、必需氨基酸、必需脂肪酸、矿物质、维生素和可食用纤维等营养物质。此外,艾蒿还含有挥发油、黄酮类和多糖类等生物活性成分,具有较高的药用价值和食用价值。艾蒿产品可作为蛋白饲料原料和添加剂,具有驱赶蚊虫、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节等生物学功效,是一种非常具有应用价值的植物原料,在动物生产中具有广阔的应用前景。文章综述了艾蒿的营养价值及其在饲料中的应用研究,以期为其在动物生产中的应用提供参考。With the continuous development of healthy farming,natural plants and their extracts are increasingly used as new feed additives.Artemisiaargyi is a perennial herb belonging to the Asteraceae family and the Artemisia genus.It is rich in nutrients such as protein,fat,essential amino acids,essential fatty acids,minerals,vitamins,and edible fiber.Additionally,Artemisia argyi contains volatile oils,flavonoids,and polysaccharides,which are biologically active compounds.Artemisiaargyi products can be used as feed protein raw materials and additives,with mosquito repellent,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,immune regulation and other biological effects.They are a highly valuable plant material with broad application prospects in animal production.In this paper,the nutritional value of Artemisiaargyi and its application in feed were reviewed,in order to provide reference for its use in animal production.
