摘 要:目的应用传统微生物培养和脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis,PFGE)方法,对一起食物中毒进行病原菌检测和溯源。方法采集可疑样本(肛拭子样本、剩余食品样本和环境涂抹样本)进行副溶血性弧菌分离鉴定及脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型检测,使用BioNumerics软件进行同源性分析。结果77份样本中检出副溶血性弧菌阳性5份,其中肛拭子9份,阳性4份;剩余食品61份,阳性1份。PFGE图谱分析显示:5株不同来源菌株的同源性为100.0%。结论流行菌株带型相似度为100%,本次食物中毒是由副溶血性弧菌污染引起。Objective Traditional microbial culture and pulsed field gel electrophoresis were used to detect and trace pathogens associated with food poisoning.Methods Suspicious samples(anal swab samples,residual food samples,and environmental smear samples)were collected for isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and molecular typing by pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).BioNumerics software was used for homology analysis.Results Of 77 samples,five were positive for Vibrio parahaemolyticus(4/9 anal swabs and 1/61 residual food items).PFGE spectrum analysis indicated that the sequence similarity of five strains from various sources was 100.0%.Conclusion The sequence similarity of the prevalent bacterial strains was 100%,thus indicating that the food poisoning was caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination.
